Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled before the time of dispatch are applicable for the full refund.  Post despatch, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Once your cancellation is received and inspected, we will notify through your registered email with us that we have cancelled your order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All approved refunds, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.
